These Business Terms outline the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of all businesses, service providers, brands, and entertainment entities (collectively, “Business Partners”) that create listings, share content, or otherwise engage with ReviewIndia.com. By submitting or maintaining a listing on our platform, you agree to these terms.

2. Definitions

• Platform – ReviewIndia.com, including all digital interfaces, tools, and services.

• Business Partner – Any registered business, brand, service provider, or entertainment entity listed on the platform.

• Listing – Information about a business (name, logo, description, services, etc.) displayed on the platform.

• User Reviews & Ratings – Feedback and comments submitted by registered platform users.

• Premium Services – Paid promotional features such as featured listings, sponsored placements, or editorial highlights.

3. Eligibility & Submissions

• Businesses must be legally registered and authorized to operate.

• All submitted information must be accurate, current, and non-misleading.

• ReviewIndia.com reserves the right to edit, verify, or reject submissions for quality, compliance, or duplication.

• Businesses are responsible for updating their listing information promptly in case of changes (ownership, services, contact details, etc.).

4. Listing Guidelines

• Standard Listings are free or entry-level, with limited exposure.

• Premium Listings offer greater visibility through featured placements, category highlights, or editorial features.

• Businesses must not upload offensive, defamatory, or false content.

• Duplicate or spam listings may be removed without notice.

5. Ownership & Content Rights

• Businesses grant ReviewIndia.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, publish, and display listing content.

• Businesses retain ownership of their logos, trademarks, and brand identifiers.

• ReviewIndia.com may format, categorize, or edit listings for clarity and consistency.

6. Reviews & Ratings

• User reviews and ratings are independent opinions of platform users.

• ReviewIndia.com maintains neutrality and does not endorse or guarantee reviews.

• Fraudulent or incentivized reviews are strictly prohibited.

• Businesses may respond to reviews but may not harass, manipulate, or threaten users.

• Inappropriate or defamatory reviews can be flagged for moderation and removal.

7. Premium Services, Fees & Payments

• Premium features (featured spots, editor’s choice badges, sponsored content) are available through subscription or one-time fees.

• Payment terms:

  • Payments are due in advance via approved methods (credit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).

  • All fees are non-refundable unless services are not delivered as agreed.

• Renewal: Premium packages auto-renew unless cancelled with 15 days’ prior notice.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• ReviewIndia.com is a platform provider, not a guarantor of business quality or performance.

• We are not responsible for user actions, customer outcomes, or third-party disputes.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewIndia.com shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits or revenue

9. Indemnification

Businesses agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReviewIndia.com, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Content submitted by the business

• Misrepresentation of services

• Violation of intellectual property or third-party rights

10. Termination & Suspension

• Businesses may request listing removal at any time via written/email notice.

• ReviewIndia.com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate listings if:

  • Terms are violated

  • Fraudulent activity is detected

  • Content is deemed unlawful, harmful, or defamatory

11. Privacy & Data Use

• ReviewIndia.com collects and processes data in line with its Privacy Policy.

• Business performance data (views, clicks, reviews) may be shared with Business Partners.

• Confidential commercial agreements are protected unless disclosure is legally required.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These terms are governed by the laws of India.

• Any dispute shall first attempt resolution via negotiation or mediation.

• If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

• Courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
